WHO WE ARE
Currently, there are countless NDIS providers available in the market, with the same services we offer at Support & Care Alliance. But what makes our organisation different from them and suitable for you? Our Founder & Director and team members have worked for some of the largest disability organisations in Victoria. Our team members have worked in both Government and Private disability organisations across Victoria, with a combined experience of more than five decades among them. So, your support needs are covered. We know the ins and outs of NDIS, where to seek a third-party service you may want and how to customise a support plan that meets your needs. We will go above and beyond for our participants to assist them in achieving their long-term or short-term life goals.
We aim to get to know you first, we will come to you, sit with you, listen to you, understand your proposed goals and match you with experienced staff members to assist you in achieving your goals and living life to the fullest.
During our first initial meeting, we will endeavour to make sure that we create a scene for the best relationship that will guide us through the month and years while we work with you. We take pride in our communication skills, we will understand all your individual needs, preferences and what you hope to achieve. This would facilitate how we design your individualised support, needs and care to achieve better outcomes in your unique situation.
We recognise the uniqueness of your situation. Every individual and every family are very different. Not everything works for everyone. So, you will be supported by personalised, flexible and appropriate team members who deliver services that cater for your unique needs. You will never be in a crowd; your individualism will be fully respected and preserved.

VISION
Our vision is to deliver excellent service and support to people with disabilities where they can say, "I am a valued member of my community". We also aim to deliver excellent and affordable services to people living with disabilities in our community. We work in partnership with different stalk-holders and allied health professionals to deliver tailored services to our valued participants. Having worked as disability support workers, and personal care assistants in various aged-care facilities and hospitals, our members come with immersed experience in the healthcare sector; that will cater for all your needs, care and support.
MISSION
Our mission is to make progressive differences in the life people we support living with disabilities. We assist our participants to live independent lives, be valued members of their community and participate in activities of their choice. At the core of our services, we defend, respect, advocate and uphold the rights of our customers living with disabilities.
